About Me...

Hi! I'm so happy to have you here. I am the face behind Empowered Birth & Healing where I offer Reiki, labour and birth support, and postpartum doula services. I live on a farm south of Montmartre, Saskatchewan with my husband. I believe in empowering people to make informed choices about their health and I am dedicated to providing compassionate care and support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Reiki is something that I also provide as a separate service or I can also provide reiki throughout labour! I look forward to meeting and chatting with you.

Reiki

Labour & Postpartum Support

Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and balance. It can help relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and support overall wellbeing.

Reiki sessions are done out of my home. I live on an acreage about 9 miles south of Montmartre. Directions or a pin will be sent after booking.

Labour and postpartum doula services provide emotional and physical support during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I am here to help you navigate the journey of motherhood with confidence and ease.
